- Your contract is formed only when you receive an Order Confirmation email after placing an order.
- Pricing & Payment

- Delivery & Risk

7.1 Change of Mind (Distance Selling Regs)
- You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery, without giving any reason.
- To cancel, notify us via email or our online form. Return the item within 14 days after notifying us—your responsibility.
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or descriptions.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including return-shipping cost) at no extra charge.
7.3 Hygiene Products
- Items that are opened or used—including personal care, baby or hygiene products—are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
- Liability
- We limit liability as permitted by UK law. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or defective products.
