These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made via theeverydaystore.co.uk (the “Website”) by you (“you”, “your”, “the Customer”). By placing an order, you confirm you agree to these Terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal right to enter a contract, and reside in a region we deliver to.

  1. Ordering & Contract Formation
  • Descriptions of products are for illustrative purposes; some variations in colour or size versus online images may occur.
  • Orders proceed via the Website’s checkout steps—reviewing, editing, and confirming details is your responsibility.
  • Your contract is formed only when you receive an Order Confirmation email after placing an order.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices include VAT at applicable UK rates (where relevant).
  • We accept major payment methods (e.g. debit/credit cards, stripe, klarna).
  • Payment is taken either on order placement or before dispatch, depending on the method.
  1. Delivery & Risk
  • Delivery terms (times, costs, carriers, regions) appear during checkout.
  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery; however, we retain title until full payment is received.
  1. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

7.1 Change of Mind (Distance Selling Regs)

  • You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery, without giving any reason.
  • To cancel, notify us via email or our online form. Return the item within 14 days after notifying us—your responsibility.
  • Refunds processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or descriptions.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including return-shipping cost) at no extra charge.

7.3 Hygiene Products

  • Items that are opened or used—including personal care, baby or hygiene products—are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
  1. Liability
  • We limit liability as permitted by UK law. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or defective products.
  1. Data Protection & Privacy
  • Personal data handling is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.
  • We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All Website content—logos, images, designs—are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
  1. Force Majeure
  • We’re not liable for failures caused by events outside our control (e.g. strikes, extreme weather, tech failures, supplier issues).
  1. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms. The ‘Last Updated’ date will reflect any changes.
  • Continued use of the Website after the update implies acceptance of the new Terms.
