Refund & Returns Policy – Hygiene Products
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on hygiene-related items under specific conditions. Please read the policy carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following items unless they are faulty or damaged:
- Opened or used toiletries and cleaning products
- Baby hygiene products (e.g., nappies, wet wipes)
- Personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, razors)
- Any product where the packaging has been broken or tampered with
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [your email].
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund minus postage and packaging.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after opening the product. If the item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
